1. Introduction
At Xomtyraxtrshak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains your rights to return products and receive refunds in accordance with Norwegian consumer protection law (Angrerettloven) and EU consumer rights directives.
This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
2. Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal
2.1 Withdrawal Period
As a consumer in Norway or the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under Norwegian law (Angrerettloven § 20).
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.
2.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.
2.3 Deadline for Exercising Withdrawal
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
3.1 Refund
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
3.2 Refund Timeline
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
- 14 days after the day we receive back the goods, or
- 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier
3.3 Refund Method
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
3.4 Withholding Refund
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
4. Return Shipping
4.1 Your Responsibility
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us at the address below without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us.

4.2 Return Shipping Costs
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear those costs. The estimated cost of return shipping within Norway is approximately kr 50-100, depending on the shipping method chosen.
4.3 Return Condition
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may examine the product as you would in a physical store, but you must not use or consume the product.
5. Conditions for Returns
5.1 Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be in their original, unopened packaging
- Have all seals intact
- Not be damaged or altered
- Include all original accessories and documentation
- Be returned within the 14-day withdrawal period
5.2 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Products with broken seals or opened packaging
- Products that have been used or consumed
- Products that are not in their original condition
This restriction is in accordance with Norwegian consumer law (Angrerettloven § 22) regarding hygiene products.
5.3 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. Your statutory rights regarding defective goods are not affected by this Return Policy. See Section 8 for information about defective products.
6. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Period
6.1 Extended Return Period
In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day satisfaction period for unopened products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
6.2 Conditions
The same conditions apply as for statutory returns:
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging
- All seals must be intact
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product
7. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Inform us of your intention to return the product by email, phone, or post. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Prepare the Package
Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number.
Step 3: Ship the Package
Send the package to our return address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping proof of postage.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days.
8. Defective Products and Warranty
8.1 Statutory Rights for Defective Goods
Under Norwegian consumer law (Kjøpsloven), you have statutory rights if goods are defective or not as described. These rights include:
- Right to have the product repaired or replaced
- Right to a price reduction
- Right to cancel the contract and receive a full refund
8.2 Complaint Period
You must notify us of any defect within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the defect. A complaint within 2 months of discovery is always considered timely.
8.3 Liability Period
We are liable for defects that existed at the time of delivery and that become apparent within 2 years from the date you received the product (5 years for certain types of goods).
8.4 Reporting Defects
If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately at customer@xomtyraxtrshak.world with:
- Your order number
- Description of the defect
- Photos of the defect (if applicable)
- Date of purchase and discovery of defect
8.5 Our Response
We will assess your complaint and respond within a reasonable time. If the product is defective, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective products.
9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
10. Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. If we have not yet processed your order for shipment, we will cancel it and provide a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return policy applies.
11. Refund Processing
11.1 Inspection
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return conditions outlined in this policy.
11.2 Approval
If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
11.3 Rejection
If your return does not meet our return conditions (e.g., opened packaging, used product), we reserve the right to reject the return. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange return of the product to you at your expense, or disposal of the product with your consent.
11.4 Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.
12. Lost or Damaged Returns
We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable returns. Keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
13. International Returns
If you are returning a product from outside Norway, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return. Please contact us before returning international orders to discuss the best return method.
14. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If you have special circumstances, please contact our customer service team to discuss your situation.

17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Changes will not affect returns initiated before the change.
